what supplements are recommended to take or not take when using Raspberry Ketones?
Hi Curlytop. Generally, no other supplement is required when you are taking raspberry ketones. However, some may be beneficial to you.
1.) African mango in its whole form is an appetite suppressant and may help you loose more weight. Be sure to get a separate supplement in the correct dose that is not an extract or liquid.
2.) Sea Buckthorn can help you be sure your body maintains appropriate vitamin and healthy fats levels.
