Finding information on the internet – even on this site for that matter – can feel a lot like trying to drink from a fire hose. It’s confusing, and it’s overwhelming.
Worse, the information is constantly changing. This week, oat bran will save your life. Next week it will give you cancer. And how do you know the headlines are even “spinning” the stories correctly?
Well, that’s where we come in. As Rag-Tag Research Geeks, it’s not just our job, it’s our passion, our Raison d’etre, to stay on top of all the latest findings.
So each week, for our paid Members, we will take the firehose of information and distill it down to a bottle of water you can actually drink. It’s the bottom-line “elevator version” of the best research of the last 7 days, and most importantly, the actions you should take in response to it.
It’s a “Bottle” because it’s totally portable – you can download it, print it, take it wherever you want. So without further ado, on to this week’s news:

It has also been proven in two separate studies that the burning of frankensense oil affects sertain chemical levels in the brain, thus relieving stress and anxiety.
More recently, it’s been investigated as a potential anti-cancer agent; studies have shown that it’s a very powerful anti-inflammatory agent. Some of the most interesting studies are linked here as sources:
